Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During sales, holidays, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $99 or more.
  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $8.95 for orders under $99.

Shipping charges are calculated before taxes and after discounts.

Delivery Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We'll gladly assist you in filing a claim with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, you'll receive an email when your order is ready along with pickup instructions.

International Shipping

At this time, Jenny Lynn's Fearfully & Wonderfully Made Boutique ships only within the United States.
