Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.  We do not offer refunds, however we will gladly issue you the ONLINE CREDIT.

If you are using a local pickup location, the 14-day window begins once the item is dropped off at the location.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns exceeding $100 will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

For orders that qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund when a return is processed.

To start a return, you can contact us at shopjennylynnsboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right within the 14 day return window.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned/exchanged such as custom products (such as special orders, pre-ordered or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products), jewelry, seasonal items or swimwear. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
